Supreme Court supports 2nd Amendment 5-4

In a 5-4 ruling, the SCOTUS upheld 2nd Amendment rights of Americans to keep and bear arms regardless of where they live in the United States.

I think it is frighting that 4 justices actually voted against this!

In related news, the Kagan confirmation hearing are beginning this week. I can only hope that this decision shines a light on just how important these hearings are. Kagan and her Obama-supporting, international law loving, anti-NRA views has no place on the court.

  1. Nice when 4 members of SCOTUS rule that the constitution is unconstitutional.

  3. This is a massive win, but the thin margin does worry me.

  4. I agree, the 5-4 win is troubling, but not surprising. Kagan would have voted right along with the 4 anti-Second Amendment justices. She said today that she would consider each case impartially, modestly...yea, just like Sotomayor.

  5. Matt's right.

We need more people who know the Constitution on the SC.

Even more, we need judges on the lower courts who aren't flaming one-world libtards.

  6. But when we have justices on the lower courts like the one in Louisiana who ruled against the offshore drilling ban, we have an administration hell-bent on circumventing the decision.

  7. and we might have Kagan to further all OB's agendas, regardless of experience or constitution.

  8. Don't miss the video I put on the side bar about Kagan's hero. The Reps better grow a set and give her hell in these hearings.....bet they don't.
